Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clinsnap, a clinic management application provided at clinsnap.in and via our mobile app.

1. Acceptance

By creating a Clinsnap account, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use Clinsnap

Clinsnap is intended for licensed medical/dental practitioners and their clinic staff managing a solo or small clinic practice.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of patient data you enter
  • You must obtain appropriate patient consent for storing their health records digitally, as required under applicable law
  • You must keep your login credentials and PIN confidential
  • You are responsible for clinical decisions — Clinsnap and its AI features are tools to assist recordkeeping, not a substitute for medical judgment

4. Subscription and billing

  • Clinsnap offers a 15-day free trial
  • After the trial, continued use requires a DocPro subscription at ₹99/month, billed via Razorpay
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew each cycle
  • You may cancel anytime by simply not renewing — no cancellation request is needed
  • Payments already made for the current cycle are non-refundable, but you retain full access until that cycle ends

5. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient data you enter into Clinsnap. We act only as a processor to provide the app's functionality.

6. Not medical advice

Clinsnap, including its AI-assisted features, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive/fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of liability

Clinsnap is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
